NFA item transfer fee for item not purchased directly from us or through SilencerShop.com. This transfer is required if you purchase an NFA item somewhere else and elect to ship it to us. This fee is required for each NFA item being transferred to us.

There is an additional $25 fee per item for items being transferred to a trust, due to the extra paperwork and additional time it takes to process.

If you have any questions about our process or capabilities, please contact us BEFORE you choose us as your transfer agent during your purchase. Please also ensure that your information is included with your transfer, so we know what belongs to you.

Once you purchase this transfer, we will reach out to you requesting some information in order to start the transfer of the item to you.

We reserve the right to refuse a transfer or sale at any time for any reason. If we have a reasonable suspicion of unlawful drug use, intoxication, or other prohibitive condition before or during your transfer the process will be terminated immediately. You will be charged for shipping and related costs associated with returning the item to the sender. Non-payment within 14 days results in forfeiture of firearm.

Transfer fees are non-refundable, even if you're denied during the background check.
