Retail Orders

Firearms, ammunition, less-than-lethal weapons, and first aid kits are sold as is and may not be returned for refund, credit, or any other form of reimbursement. These are items costly to return and restock, so we are unable to allow returns at this time. It is your responsibility to review firearms to ensure accuracy and satisfaction prior to completing form 4473 when picking up. Once the transfer occurs, we cannot help you and will direct you to the manufacturer.

Physical items not mentioned above may be returned for store credit within 15 days if in original, unused condition. Returned items subject to inspection and approval upon arrival. You must contact us prior to returning any items. Unmarked returned items will not be processed.

Firearms purchases that are denied during the background check are subject to a $30 processing fee plus the cost of return shipping to the merchant if applicable. If fee is not paid or no arrangement has been made within 14 days of the denial, the purchaser shall forfeit their right to the item and Rapid Defense, LLC reserves the right to take possession of the firearm for resale and/or other lawful purposes.

If you require a change to your order, please contact us immediately with your order number and requested change(s). We cannot promise changes can be made due to inventory changes, but will attempt to update your order as well as possible. We will be unable to make any changes once the item has been shipped or picked up.

Shipping charges are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days.

All items subject to original manufacturer's warranty. Rapid Defense offers no warranty of any kind on any product.

Training Classes

We have strict agreements with our training partners and locations in place to keep costs down and class sizes manageable. Thus, training classes are not eligible for refund. Cancellations made before 30 days of event date may be eligible to be moved to a future class date but no class changes will be permitted for notice within 30 days of the event date. No call no shows for training classes may result in waitlist status for future class registrations. In the event of severe weather or acts-of-god, class dates will be rescheduled and the new information communicated to all registrants/attendees, or a refund provided.

Range fees are non refundable in any circumstance, including for students who pay a range fee at the time of reservation but become an exempt club member before the class date. This range fee helps us cover the cost of equipment, supplies, and club fees and enables us to keep our overall class costs down.
